over the course of our journey together I will guide + support you through the 7 pillars of wellbeing to help you:

What’s Included?
An in depth Human Design Reading to help you understand yourself more deeply, discover you unique energy signature, + create rhythms that serve your wellbeing according to what YOU need. (this will serve as the foundation to and map for much of our work together
A reiki session to begin our journey together with a bit of sweet, gentle energy healing + clearing.
8 weeks of one to one coaching on zoom around each of the pillars of wellbeing where we will focus on creating practices and supports that resonate for. you, find solutions to barriers that effect this part of your life, and process whatever comes up around it!
Ongoing text support between sessions for celebrating, accountability, + problem solving.
A library of practices, resources, tips and tricks - basically you have access to everything in my mind and toolkit that I have discovered in my 10+ years of studying trauma informed holistic wellbeing. Together we will create a library of practices customized for you!

Your Investment: $2000 (can be paid in advance or split into two monthly payments)
